Agent Judy Klier grew up on Five Mile Prairie in Spokane, WA. It is only here that she can enjoy the naturally beautiful landscape, an adequately sized town, and enjoyable people. This is what she discovered when she moved around in her twenties and decided to move back to raise her children.
One unique talent of Judy’s is her ability to carve class. You may have seen some of her work in commercial businesses as well as some of the glass restoration at the Fox Theatre in town. She also aspires to be on The Amazing Race some day with her daughter. Before becoming an agent in Washington, Judy acquired her real estate license in Phoenix, Arizona in 1987. It was then that she discovered her passion for real estate and was able to shape herself as a home listing professional. Luckily she wasn’t scared away from the profession by the victim of an innocent door knock.
“Years and years ago in Phoenix, I was working exclusively in a part of town. I knocked on a door to talk to potential client and heard no reply so I move on. A minute or so later, I see a middle aged man tearing out of his house in his pajamas. He approached me and angrily explained that he was a day sleeper and that I had interrupted his slumber. Thankfully, I was able to explain that there was no markings on the door for me to know that and the issue was resolved.”
Klier is also the aunt of Synergy Properties owner Keith Riddle. Her favorite part of working for Synergy is the variety of personalities. Although we are a spirited bunch, the agents and admin at Synergy all care for each other and treat each other like family.
