The newest course in the Spokane area, the Creek at Qualchan Golf Course was opened in 1993. It is a truly beautiful course with Latah Creek snaking through the holes, a spattering of ponds, and both wooded and hilly spaces. It is also a member of the New York Audobon Society and is home to many species of birds and wildlife that can often be seen on the course. Qualchan offers four sets of tees which provide both beginning and advanced golfers with a challenging and fun experience. For how young the course is, it has hosted some prestigious events, including the Pro Classic six years in a row and many top amateur events. It also boasts a large grass tee practice area, two smaller practice greens, and a gorgeous clubhouse which is large enough for any size event.
Tee times are Monday through Thursday after 2 p.m. for $27 for 18 holes and $20 for nine. Fridays, weekends, and Holidays are $29 for both 18 and nine holes and these tee times need to be reserved at least 8 days in advance. If you’d like to book a tee time during the week before 2 p.m. you must call a few days in advance. A Spokane Parks and Recreation golf membership for $35 will provide you with discounts if you golf Spokane courses often.
