Spokane Annual Christmas Lights Walk

The Spokane Christmas Lights Walk is a beautiful community tradition of strolling through the neighborhoods of north Spokane to enjoy the magic of Christmas lights. The walk is put on by the Volkssport Association and is open to the general public although all participants must register. There is a 5K walk option as well as a 10k option and is only on sidewalks and shoulders so the walk is very easy but weather conditions could increase the difficulty. Participants should carry a flashlight and dress warmly! It is ok to bring pets but they will not be allowed in buildings. Please make sure they will be comfortable in t love a cute dog in a sweater!? Answer: no one). The event starts between 5:00 and 6:30 pm and will finish around 9:30. Homemade soups and breads will be available for before and after the walk as well as water and restrooms. The walk begins and ends at Friends Church.
